Laparoscopic phantom teleoperation capture
Phantom-box laparoscopic tool teleoperation with RGB or RGB-D, tool pose, and contact-outcome metadata. Not live-patient capture.
This is a custom capture program for phantom-box laparoscopic tool teleoperation. Operators drive your instruments through defined phantom tasks while we record endoscope and exterior views, tool pose, and contact outcomes. It is not live-patient capture. It exists because surgical tool kinematics and a constrained view are not lab pipetting and not a factory handoff.
What we collect
Teleoperated phantom tasks with contact-success labels across tool sets and camera alignments. Lost view, unexpected contact, and aborted approaches are labeled so evaluation is not only a clean phantom run.
How capture works
Scoping locks phantom, tools, and the outcome taxonomy. A pilot checks view sync and logging, then capture scales across task variants using teleoperation capture and robotics data collection.
Who it is for
Surgical robotics teams that need demonstration data before any clinical setting. This scenario belongs to surgical robotics data collection. Sterile-field passing is the sibling OR instrument handoff. Open-bench liquids remain laboratory pipetting.
