Operant runs custom real-world data collection for robotics and physical AI teams. We capture teleoperation, multi-sensor, and edge-case data in your environments, annotate it to your label schema with documented QA, and deliver it in your formats. Every program moves through four stages: scope, pilot, scale, and handoff, with provenance you can audit.

Capture/01

Custom data collection

Teleoperation, human demonstrations, and on-robot logging on your hardware, in the environments your models will actually face. Synchronized multi-camera, RGB-D, LiDAR, IMU, force, and proprioceptive streams, including the rare failures and recoveries that decide real-world performance.

Label/02

Annotation to your schema

We define the label schema during scoping, then annotate episodes with documented QA: spot checks, inter-annotator review, and acceptance criteria agreed up front. Labels and rich metadata integrate with your existing tooling, no rip-and-replace.

Operate/03

A program or a one-off drop

Run it as ongoing infrastructure or a single targeted capture, your call. Either way you get versioned capture configs, recurring QA samples, diversity targets, and auditable provenance, whether that's a repeatable pipeline or a focused one-off dataset.
