Dishroom bussing manipulation capture
Tray return, scrape, and rack in commercial dish rooms with RGB-D, soil-state labels, and rack-outcome metadata.
This is a custom capture program for tray return, scrape, and rack in commercial dish rooms. Operators demonstrate bussing on your ware and racks while we record RGB-D and gripper state, tagged with soil state and rack outcomes. It exists because wet, nested, and soiled ware is a different contact problem than plating on a grill line or picking a dry retail SKU.
What we collect
Bussing episodes with soil-state and rack-success labels across ware mixes and water conditions. Nested plates and failed racks sit beside clean cycles so evaluation reflects a dish room, not a dry bench.
How capture works
A pilot validates cameras in spray and steam, then capture scales across meal periods using teleoperation capture and robotics data collection. Jams are edge-case samples.
Who it is for
Foodservice robotics teams automating the dish room. The program sits under foodservice robotics data collection and pairs with commercial grill-line teleoperation when both ends of the line are in scope.
