Commercial grill-line teleoperation capture
Teleoperated cook-line tasks in commercial kitchens with RGB-D, timing, and doneness or place-outcome metadata.
This is a custom capture program for teleoperated cook-line tasks in commercial kitchens. Operators drive your robot through grill, flip, and plate moves on a real or staged line while we record RGB-D, joint state, and timing, tagged with place outcomes. It exists because a residential kitchen log misses ticket pace, station geometry, and grease-film contact that define commercial foodservice.
What we collect
Cook-line demonstrations with timing and place-success labels across utensils, ticket load, and lighting. Slips and late plates sit beside clean cycles so evaluation reflects a line, not a home island.
How capture works
Scoping locks station, menu subset, and the outcome taxonomy. A pilot checks cameras over heat and grease, then capture scales across shifts using teleoperation capture and robotics data collection.
Who it is for
Foodservice robotics teams whose binding environment is the line. This scenario belongs to foodservice robotics data collection. Dish return is the sibling dishroom bussing manipulation. Residential work remains dual-arm kitchen manipulation.
