Trailer unload teleoperation capture
Floor-loaded trailer unload at the dock with RGB-D, stack-state labels, and pick-outcome metadata.
This is a custom capture program for floor-loaded trailer unload at the dock. Operators pick cases or layers from a real or staged trailer while we record RGB-D and gripper state, tagged with stack state and pick outcomes. It exists because an aisle pallet-pick log does not contain trailer walls, dock glare, or the way a floor load shifts as the nose empties.
What we collect
Unload episodes with stack-state and pick-success labels across trailer fill, lighting, and SKU mix. Wall rubs and collapsed stacks sit beside clean picks so evaluation reflects the dock, not a rack aisle.
How capture works
A pilot validates cameras at the threshold and the stack taxonomy, then capture scales across doors using teleoperation capture and robotics data collection.
Who it is for
Warehouse robotics teams whose bottleneck is the trailer, not the aisle. The program sits under warehouse robotics data collection and pairs with warehouse pallet pick teleoperation and conveyor handoff for dock-to-sort coverage.
